Service Guarantee

1.  LIBERTY LONG LIFE LIGHTING Company's fluorescent tubes and incandescent lamps are guaranteed to test         correctly at their stated Watts, Lumens, and Amperes, subject to tolerances prescribed by the United States Government    Bureau of Standards.

2.  LIBERTY LONG LIFE LIGHTING Company's fluorescent tubes and incandescent lamps are voltage tested and dated and their rated life ranges from 5,000 to 44,000 hours, depending on the type of service for which they are designed.

3.  LIBERTY LONG LIFE LIGHTING Company guarantees to replace FLUORESCENT  TUBES sold at guaranteed service prices for a term of 60 MONTHS.  Any lamp or tube that burns out prior to the stated period will be replaced,   without charge, provided the burned out tube was used under normal conditions.  Ballasts carry a 10-YEAR Guarantee.

4.  ALL TYPES OF VAPOR OR METAL HALIDE LAMPS are guaranteed for a period of 60 MONTHS subject to the same general conditions as Paragraph 3 above.  Ballasts carry a 10-YEAR guarantee.

5.  ALL LONG LIFE INCANDESCENT LAMPS are rated from 5,000 to 14,400 hours depending on the type of voltage service.

6.  ALL COMPACT FLUORESCENT LAMPS are guaranteed for a period of 12 MONTHS subject to the same general conditions as Paragraph 3 above.  Ballasts carry the same guarantee.

7.  Should payment not be made according to invoice terms, LIBERTY LONG LIFE LIGHTING Company shall not be held liable for enforcement of the above guarantee.

8.  Guarantee begins on date of installation.  Burned out lamps need not be returned.
